We are currently hiring for the following positions-
Part time Spa Duty (Age 18 and above)
Evening and weekend spa duty shifts --- 4-6 hour shifts --- Starting Pay $19-$21
Air BNB+Spa Deep Cleaner (Age 18 and above)
Varied schedule for AirBNB cleaning--- 11 am-4pm depending on need---Starting pay $24
Wednesday Spa Deep Clean duty ---9am-1pm Wednesdays --- Starting pay $24

I promise you, working here is not what you think. Like any good relationship, honesty up front is the name of the game. The following are some realities of working at a "spa".
There are times that it is dark, cold and rainy. You still have to show up to work.
Things break; you need to be ok with that type of problem solving and not freak out.
We are creating a culture of deep care. Deep care for our fellow co-workers, deep care for the customers that come to us for rest and healing. Having a heart centered and people focused mindset is critical to be successful here.
You will have to work weekends- not all of them, but you know, be a team player and stuff.
As a small business we don’t have it all figured out. A lot of systems and procedures are not ideal. You need to be comfortable with working for a startup.
We want you to want us. At this time we don’t want to be your “just for now” job. This is not a 3 week romance, we want you to commit to working with us and help us grow. You will be handsomely rewarded with a job that leaves you very satisfied.
Please keep in mind that there is manual labor at times. Chopping wood, moving this or that, painting. We have an atmosphere of many hands make light work. No one is above anything here. Michelle (owner) even cleans the bathroom.
We start most employees with spa duty shifts. Once you get familiar with your new career (6-9 months) we will talk about other ways you can support us.
You need to have reliable transportation. Our current location and future locations are within 20 miles of Vancouver, WA city center.
