Sound Bath with Hiroko + Spa

Service Description

Spa time and an hour of sound bath meditation. Enjoy a relaxing hour of soaking in the spa and getting your mind prepped for a meditative sound bath hosted by Hiroko with Healing Hado. A sound bath is a meditative experience in which attendees are “bathed” in sound waves. Think of it as an energetic bath for healing. The sound bath takes place in the yurt. Guests lay on the floor comfortably resting with Hiroko and her sound bowls in the middle. She then leads you through an amazing hour of meditation. A Silent community session happens at the same time as the Sound bath. Guests who come to the Silent session are there to enjoy the spa in a quiet environment without interrupting the magic of the Sound Bath. Before or after your Sound bath, when you join the session, feel free to come as you are; you do not need to be silent during your sauna time. 5 PM to 7:15 PM SESSION: -5:00~5:55 for Hot Tubbing, Sauna & Cold Plunge (check in at the check-in shack and then enjoy your sauna time) -6:15 pm~7:15 pm for Sound Bath  -PLEASE START ENJOYING the SPA FIRST!  -6 to 6:15, change and make your way to the Yurt for Sound Bath. 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM SESSION: -7:30 pm~8:30 pm for Sound Bath (you can show up after 7:15 and check in at the check-in shack, then make your way to the Yurt) -8:30 pm~9:30 pm for Hot Tubbing, Sauna & Cold Plunge   WHAT to BRING: *Pillow+Yoga Mat & a Blanket (or large bath towel can be used for blanket and drying your body) *Water Bottle *Swim Suit (before you come in, you can put it on under the clothes to make it easy to change) *Towels  *Bathrobe and Eye Pillow (if you'd like) *Spa members receive a discount. Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you are within 24 hours you will forfeit your session fee.
