Service Description

Starting August 2nd, calling all who want to connect, learn, heal, play & come together in a spiritual container. We’ve all been missing community and have found that one-time events make it more difficult to create lasting connections! This will be a monthly space to see and be seen, to be vulnerable, connect, and cultivate fun. Whether you’re spiritually curious or have been on the path for a bit, we’d love for you to join! We will dive into all sorts of topics around healing—whether it’s energetic healing or inner child work, embodiment, meditation, breathwork, boundaries, and how to bring love and joy into our every day lives! Group members will have opportunities to share their own craft or wisdom with the group with potential compensation 💛 Mitchell and Courtney met @connect_wellness_spa and after many conversations about the mysteries of the universe, spirituality, and heart-centered service to others, they decided to bring those convos to more like-hearted souls in the community. Mitchell is a spiritual seeker and outdoor enthusiast who has been on a deep spiritual path for the past decade, and specifically working with Reiki over the last four years. He has a profound personal relationship with spiritual traditions from the East and West, and weaves wisdom from all sources to help individuals reconnect to their inner guidance and sacred knowing. Courtney is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Reiki Master on a spiritual path for the past 8 years. Studying and embodying teachings from Eckhart Tolle to Joe Dispenza, Courtney believes in the importance of helping others to release pain, see their divinity, and live from the heart. Dates: August 2nd September 6th October 4th November 1st Ongoing spiritually focused container with heart-centered souls to connect & dive in to topics like meditation, breathwork, energy healing, body movement, inner child, fun (think pot lucks) & more with Mitchell Silagy & Courtney Maeve. 1st Wednesdays of the month from 6-9pm with sauna/cold plunge after.
