Join Kate and Mitchell for some curated conversation and spa time with like-minded people. Calling all who want to connect, learn, heal, play & come together in a spiritual container. We’ve all been missing community and have found that one-time events make it more difficult to create lasting connections! This will be a monthly space to see and be seen, to be vulnerable, connect, and cultivate fun. Whether you’re spiritually curious or have been on the path for a bit, we’d love for you to join! We will explore all sorts of topics related to healing—whether energetic healing or inner child work, embodiment, meditation, breathwork, boundaries, or how to bring love and joy into our everyday lives! Mitchell is a spiritual seeker and outdoor enthusiast who has been on a deep spiritual path for the past decade, and specifically working with Reiki over the last four years. He has a profound personal relationship with spiritual traditions from the East and West, and weaves wisdom from all sources to help individuals reconnect to their inner guidance and sacred knowing. Ongoing spiritually focused container with heart-centered souls to connect & dive into topics like meditation, breathwork, energy healing, body movement, inner child, fun (think pot lucks) & more with Mitchell & Kate 1st Wednesdays of the month from 6-9:30 PM with sauna/cold plunge after. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you are within 24 hours you will forfeit your session fee.
